Every message comes to me and I answer it myself, usually within a couple of days.
If a download did not arrive, if a file will not open, or if something in a workbook is unclear, write and I will fix it the same day where I can.
If a product did not do what it promised for you, reply to your receipt and it is refunded. No questions and no explanation needed.
If you are writing about the brand, or you make something that belongs beside it, I would like to hear from you.
If you simply want to say something, that counts too. Some of the best messages I have had were not about the products at all.
