All OSTOYA products are digital files in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown on each product page and include any applicable sales tax or VAT, handled by the payment platform acting as merchant of record.
Your download link is sent by email immediately after payment and is also shown on screen at the end of checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to me and I will send the file directly.
Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have fourteen days to change your mind. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right ends once the download begins, and by completing your purchase you agree to the download starting straight away. This is standard for digital products, and it is why the refund promise below exists instead.
Regardless of the above, if a product does not do what it promised for you, reply to your receipt and I will refund it. No questions and no explanation needed. I would rather you kept your money than kept something that did not help.
Payments are processed by a third-party platform acting as merchant of record. Your card details are never seen or stored by me. Your receipt comes from that platform and carries its name alongside OSTOYA.
When you buy a product you may use it yourself, print it, and keep it indefinitely. You may not resell it, distribute it, publish it, or share the file publicly. The writing remains my copyright.
OSTOYA products are writing exercises. They are not therapy, medical advice or clinical treatment, and they do not replace professional care. If something surfaces that feels bigger than an evening, please speak to a qualified professional.
I may update these terms as the business grows. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
